the southcoast 250 has been running continuously for 37 years. it is the longest consecutive running race in america, With a history that will stand the test of time against the best races ever. this southcoast 250 race will be on some of the historical Mint 400 race course. this course will have the best of everything to challenge you as a racer. 

THE 3RD ANNUAL "WISH RIDE" EVENT WILL BE held ON SUNDAY, OCT. 1ST, AFTER THE AWARDS CEREMONY AT THE SOUTHCOAST HOTEL.  THIS EVENT BENEFITS ALL THE CHILDREN of THE MAKE-A-WISH FOUNDATION, southern nevada chapter, the only event of its kind that gives the children an opportunity of a lifetime……a ride in an offroad vehicle on part of the snore 250 race course.

in just 2 years, The “make a wish” event has exploded with popularity and has taken on a life of its own. The first year, SNORE raised over $5,000 which granted one child's wish. The second year, SNORE tripled that amount, raising over $15,000. With your help, snore anticipates doubling that number at this year’s event.

prepare to enjoy the activities and participate by DRIVING A “wish kid” in your race car (and/or) 2 to 4 seat pre-runner. the event will begin at 10:00 am with an  eleven year old girl singing the national anthem, an air force fighter jet fly by, telivised coverage by FOX 5 news team, and a full review by dusty times in an upcoming ISSUE.  a party size tent, cOMPLIMENTARY HAMBURGERS AND HOTDOGS BY WALMART, INFLATIBLE jumping castle and toys for every child, cOMPLIMENTARY PHOTOS OF KIDS AND RACERS BY "MARTEES RACE PHOTOS", and much more……

we are in need of yOUR RACE CARS, 2 and 4 seat pRERUNNERS, and HELMETS for the kids, as well as PILLOWS and CUSHIONS THAT CAN BE USED AS BOOSTERS; we want to make sure every kid can enjoy the experience. your small contribution is what will make each childs dream true.

this is also a class 5/1600 bonus race and we welcome the baja coalition to come out and participate with snore as they have in the past.
